Welcome to Ben's Brickstore!
Ben's Brickstore is a family-run LEGO® shop based in Belchertown, MA — and yes, it really is named after our son Ben, who was almost 3 years old when we started the business back in 2019. He's 10 now, and we've come a long way since those early days!
Our Story
We got our start selling LEGO® products on Bricklink in 2019, operating out of our house. We quickly outgrew the space and moved into our current retail location at 442 State St, Belchertown, MA in 2022. Our retail store has been open to the public since late 2023.
In over 7 years of business, we've shipped more than 10,000 packages to LEGO® fans across the country and abroad. We're proud of every single one!

Our retail store is open Tuesday–Sunday, and we'd love to have you stop by! We have a large selection of hard-to-find, exclusive, limited edition, and retired sets on display, as well as hundreds of minifigures. Retail shop and parking are at the back of the building.

We offer both shipping and local pickup, and we accept most common payment methods including cash, debit/credit, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. E-Gift cards are also available!

If you need a large quantity of parts, placing an online order with us for shipping or local pickup is the best way to go. Our full inventory is available on this site, and on Bricklink or Brick Owl. Local Pickup is always an option!
For walk-in customers, we're always happy to help you find the pieces or minifigs you're looking for, but if it's a long list we will ask you to order in advance!

Erik Homstead
Owner, Ben's Dad, and LEGO® enthusiast since the mid-1980s! Erik has been passionate about LEGO® ever since he received Black Monarch's Castle Set #6085 as a gift when he was 5 years old. It's no surprise that Erik's favorite themes are classic LEGO® Castle, Pirates, and Space, as well as LEGO® Star Wars.

Alyssa Homstead
Co-Owner & Ben's Mom, does all the cool drawings, like our logo and the chalk art outside! Also packs most of your orders! Alyssa grew up playing with Fabuland sets, and her favorite childhood set was Breezeway Cafe Set #6379.

Store is named after him. Ben is convinced the Pick a Brick table is his personal stash. :-D
Ben is a big fan of LEGO® Ninjago and Minecraft themes, and is a big fan of LEGO® GBC. He especially enjoys building his own custom creations, often involving roller coaster tracks.

Laural Homstead
Erik's Mom and Ben's Nana. Laural sorts and catalogs most of our parts! Laural has sorted roughly 1.5 million parts for the store. She also covers the retail shop sometimes, so that Erik can get an occasional day off! Laural is a retired elementary school teacher, with 35 years in the Amherst, MA school system. In her spare time, Laural is an expert knitter.

Quinn
Our first employee! Quinn picks lots of orders, helps process inventory, and much more! Quinn is an avid LEGO® builder, his favorite themes are Pirates of the Caribbean and LEGO® Modular Buildings. He is also a great MOC builder, and has recently been designing some custom minifig displays for our retail shop, which are looking awesome!
Our core values
We try to maintain high standards for the items we sell, and we take quality control seriously. Items are described as accurately as possible in our listings, with notes about things like box damage or playwear on used minifigs, and our items are priced accordingly.
We take great care with every order we process. If you order from us, you'll find that fragile items are packed carefully, and big parts orders aren't all thrown in one bag like at some stores. You're already paying us to sort those pieces, we don't want you to spend hours sorting them again.
Whether you place an order online or visit us in person, we want you to feel good about your purchase. And if we make a mistake (it happens, we admit), we'll own it. Just let us know.
Even though we're processing hundreds of orders per month, and on top of that, we are also open for retail 6 days/week, it's still likely that your order will be shipped (or ready for pickup) the same business day, if you order by 1pm.
If you're in a rush, let us know - expedited shipping (Priority Mail, Next Day Air etc.) is usually available, even if you don't see that option at checkout. Just reach out to us prior to placing the order, to be sure that we can accommodate any special requests.
