Shipping policy

Processing/Handling:

Most orders placed by 1:00 PM Eastern Time on weekdays are generally processed and shipped same business day. Likewise, orders placed over the weekend will generally ship on Monday. There may be some exceptions to this if we are experiencing high order volumes, or for large orders that require longer to pick & pack, in which case the order will most likely ship next business day. In some rare cases, it may take us 2-3 business days to process your order.

Delivery times shown at checkout are ESTIMATES, not a guarantee. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. 

We are located in Massachusetts, so the closer you are to us, the faster you should receive your order!

 

Sales Tax:

As a business located in Massachusetts, we are required to collect & remit sales tax on orders shipped to MA addresses or picked up locally at our store. We do not collect sales tax for any other US States, as our business is only located in MA.

 

Domestic Shipping (Continental USA & Alaska/Hawaii):

For the contiguous US and Alaska/Hawaii, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders  over $100!

Standard Shipping:
$8-10 on all orders up to $49.99
$10-12 on all orders $50.00 to $99.99
Free on all orders over $100!

Orders with Standard Shipping will usually ship with USPS Ground Advantage, but in some cases may ship with UPS Ground. Shipping speeds for USPS Ground Advantage are typically around 2-5 days, depending on shipping zone (locations furthest from MA might take longer).  All orders include tracking and up to $100 insurance coverage automatically.

Priority Shipping:
Available as a premium option on most orders, prices start at $15-20 and are based on shipping weight. These orders will usually ship with USPS Priority Mail, shipping speeds for this service are typically around 2-3 days. All orders include tracking and up to $100 insurance coverage automatically.

 

Domestic Shipping (US Territories, APO/FPO, etc):

USPS Shipping rates will be calculated automatically at checkout, plus a $2 handling charge. We are not offering free shipping to these locations at this time. If applicable, a customs form will be added to the shipping label. All orders include tracking.

We will not falsify customs forms (e.g. showing a reduced item value or marking as a gift). Customs form will be marked as "Merchandise", the cost will reflect the total item cost (not including taxes or S/H). Any potential customs, tariffs, or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to around 35 countries. USPS Shipping rates will be calculated automatically at checkout. We are also charging a 3% handling fee on international orders, to help account for extra transaction fees that we incur. All orders include tracking.

We will not falsify customs forms (e.g. showing a reduced item value or marking as a gift). Customs form will be marked as "Merchandise", the cost will reflect the total item cost (not including taxes or S/H). Any potential customs, tariffs, or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

Local Pickup:

We offer local pickup at our retail location in Belchertown, MA. If you are in the Western MA area, this is a great option to save on shipping costs! Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be ready (see Processing/Handling section above).

When you arrive at our location, follow the driveway around the back of the building, and we are the 1st door on the corner.

PLEASE only use this shipping option if you are located in the Western Mass area and intend to pickup. We reserve the right to cancel a local pickup order and retain a 15% restocking fee, IF:
  1.  The order requires shipping. We will NOT ship a local pickup order. Asking for a local pickup order to be shipped is a common method used by scammers, because it subverts certain seller protections. We've been victimized by this exact tactic in the past, and it was a very expensive lesson.
  2.  We've held the order for 7+ days, and attempted to contact
you with no response. Need us to hold it longer? No problem, take as long as you need, please just give us a heads up!
