Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Some types of items are exempt from this policy, please see below.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on most return items; however, there is no restocking fee if the return is due to an error on our end.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When packing your item to ship back to us, please try to use the same level of care that we used when sending to you, so that it doesn't get damaged in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, if you received the wrong item, or if there are missing pieces, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you purchased a used set or a parts order from us and there are missing pieces, most likely we will have those pieces in stock and will send them to you (free of charge). In the rare situation where we do not have the correct piece(s) in stock, we will issue a refund for their value.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sales are final on all Used and Pre-built sets, and on most parts orders. This is because it is a huge amount of work for us to re-verify the set and/or return all of the parts to our parts drawers. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Sales are also final on wearable items like earrings.


We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
